Brueckner is alleged to have had a 30-minute phone call outside the apartment building shortly before she went missing.
German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters previously said a phone allegedly used by Brueckner pinged on a mast at the Ocean Club complex.
Earlier this month authorities searched three disused wells in the in Vila do Bispo region of Portugal as part of their investigation into Madeleine's disappearance.
